Demo of existing concrete cut off wall, relieving platform, crib wall, walkways & amenities. Construct rock embankment, vinyl sheet piling with a concrete cap & railing, install paver walkway,  benches, trash bins, railing, lighting, grading & stormwater improvements, landscaping, tree planting and misc. site restoration along with historical fill remediation and capping.
